PAPER- MACHE 
​OBJECTS + FURNITURE

KA PAI studio celebrates craftmanship and recycled materials. We design unique paper-mache objects, cardboard furniture and ceramics in Brussels, Belgium. 

Our furniture pieces are constructed on solid recycled cardboard foundations which are sourced entirely from local sources. We collaborate with architect Anais of Les Cartons d'Anais  who brings a wealth of knowledge to our projects.​

KA PAI is open to commisions and art installations for corporate, retail and residental projects.

​CUSTOM CERAMICS

KA PAI loves working with dirty hands and unapologetically bold colour. The Japanese philosophy of Wabi Sabi is embraced in the studio's handcrafted creations which intentionlly carry the marks of their maker, Sarah Bruford.

The studio in Brussels produces handmade vessels to showcase its floral installations. It believes the natural elements of clay and flowers are a beatiful marraige. By combining the two we are able to create truly unique celebrations of nature and craftsmanship.
