AN ENIRONMENTAL DESIGN APPROACH
KA PAI tries to conciously think about the impact of our designs. We have a love of foraged and homegrown flora and we will never work with toxic florist foam. The studio has created a community garden The Good Garden Project which is its primary source of livng moss. Projects designed with potted flowers and moss return to the garden for reuse.
The studio loves working with recycled materials like paper, fabric, clay, metal, plastic and we dry flora from our installations whenever we can. ART FLOWERS were born from research into how to prolong the lifespan of premium flowers. Everything KA PAI creates is considered.
'POT-ET-FLEUR'
This Victorian floral design concept mixes living plants with cut flowers. KA PAI promotes this more sustainable approach to floral installations. The studio is passionate about reducing the waste associated with traditional floral events. It prefers designing with living moss and plants.
KA PAI is a studio of innovation, knowledge and manual know-how. On an international scale its work ranges from creative direction, botanical scenography, floral events and art object design. With a black belt in project management and an ability to connect accross cultures KA PAI prides itself on being a positive force for more joyful and meaningful creation.
